Free — everything you need to start

The Free plan is not a trial. It is a permanent, fully functional account. You get:

• Time tracking — start/stop timer, manual entries, PiP mode
• Clients and projects — manage contacts, set hourly rates, multi-currency support
• Invoices — create from timer sessions or manual line items, generate PDFs, email to clients
• Expenses — log costs by category
• Dashboard — financial overview, hours worked, income tracking
• Directory listing — create your business profile and get found

If you are just starting out or want a simple way to track time and send invoices, Free covers it.

Cloud — claim listings and unlock more

Cloud includes everything in Free, plus:

• Claim existing listings — if your business is already in the directory, claim it and take full control
• Priority in directory results — Cloud listings rank higher in search and browse
• Extended session history — longer retention of your timer session data

Cloud is for freelancers who want to take their directory presence seriously and need a bit more from the platform.

Pro — the full toolkit

Pro includes everything in Cloud, plus:

• Photo gallery — upload up to 10 portfolio images to your listing
• Custom accent colour — brand your listing page with your own colour
• Receipt uploads — attach digital receipts to expenses
• Review widget — embed your reviews on your own website
• Top directory placement — Pro listings appear first in search results

Pro is for established freelancers and agencies who want maximum visibility and the full feature set.

Which plan is right for you?

Here is the simple version:

• Just need to track time and invoice? — Free is all you need.
• Want to claim a listing and get better directory visibility? — Go Cloud.
• Want the full package — gallery, branding, receipts, widget? — Go Pro.

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Settings page. No lock-in, no hidden fees.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Your plan is managed through Stripe, and you can change it whenever you want. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cancelling a paid plan moves you back to Free — you keep your data, you just lose the paid features.
