Browsing the RateRun Directory: Find Freelancers and Get Found
The RateRun Directory is a public listing of freelancers, agencies, and service providers. Anyone can browse it — no account needed. If you are looking for someone to hire, or you want to get found by potential clients, this is where it happens.
Typeahead search
Start typing in the search bar and results appear instantly. You can search by business name, category, location, or feature tag. The typeahead narrows results as you type, so you usually find what you need in a few keystrokes.
It is fast, even with hundreds of listings. No page reloads, no waiting — just type and results update live.

Category filters
The directory is organised into categories and subcategories. Want to find a web designer? Click Design, then narrow to Web Design. Looking for an accountant? Professional Services then Accounting.
Categories are displayed as a tree — parent categories at the top, subcategories underneath. You can browse the full tree or jump straight to a specific subcategory.
Location filters
If location matters for your project, you can filter listings by area. Each listing has a location attached, so you can find freelancers near you or in a specific city or region.
This is especially useful for work that requires in-person meetings, local knowledge, or timezone alignment.

Quick category chips
On mobile, the top of the directory shows swipeable category chips — one tap to filter by the most popular categories. No menus to dig through, no dropdowns to open. Just swipe and tap.
On desktop, the same chips appear as quick-access buttons above the main listing grid. They are the fastest way to jump straight to what you are looking for.
Get listed yourself
The directory is not just for browsing — it is for getting found. If you are a freelancer or agency, you can create your own listing with your services, location, contact details, and portfolio gallery.
Listings are free to create. Cloud and Pro users get extra features like claiming existing listings, photo galleries, and custom accent colours.
