Favourites, Support, and Reporting in the RateRun Directory

The RateRun Directory has a couple of features that make your experience smoother as you browse and use the platform — favourites for saving listings you like, and support tickets for when you need a hand.

Saving listings to your favourites

When you find a freelancer or agency you want to remember, hit the favourite button on their listing. It is bookmarked instantly — no confirmation dialogs, no page reloads. Just one click and it is saved.

This is useful when you are comparing multiple freelancers for a project. Favourite the ones that look promising, then come back and review them side by side from your Favourites page.

Your favourites page

All your saved listings live in the Favourites section of the directory. It shows a clean list of every listing you have bookmarked, with the business name, category, location, and rating visible at a glance.

Click any favourite to go straight to the full listing. If you change your mind, unfavourite it and it disappears from the list. Simple.

Support tickets

If something is not working right, or you have a question about the directory or the app, you can open a support ticket from the Support page.

Describe your issue, submit the ticket, and the RateRun team will get back to you. Every ticket is tracked — you can check the status of your request and see any replies, all from the same page.

Reporting listings

If you come across a listing that looks like spam, contains inappropriate content, or violates the directory guidelines, you can report it directly from the listing page. Reports are reviewed by the admin team and actioned quickly.

This helps keep the directory clean and trustworthy for everyone. You do not need to be a listing owner to report — any logged-in user can flag a problem.
