Craig's Photography Available

Craig's Photography approaches image capture in Bartlesville through an intake process grounded in realistic project scoping and defined technical parameters. Before setting up lighting gear or scheduling an on-location shoot, the studio focuses on direct discussions regarding client goals, ambient lighting constraints, and location viability. Whether planning a multi-hour wedding schedule, athletic field coverage, or high school senior portraits, project discussions center on what is achievable within specific timeframes and environments, avoiding inflated promises or ambiguous estimates.

The studio's day-to-day operations span several distinct photographic disciplines, including wedding and engagement shoots, school portraits, sports and action coverage, and dedicated senior portrait programs. Each category presents unique logistical demands, from high-speed shutter synchronization during outdoor sporting events to managing complex illumination in low-light banquet halls. During initial evaluations, the studio identifies potential limitations—such as harsh midday sunlight, venue flash restrictions, or rapid delivery deadlines for team athletics—and outlines practical adjustments in advance. This pre-production clarity ensures clients understand how environmental variables dictate camera settings, shot lists, and final post-processing timelines.

Digital delivery and image review operate through a structured online proofing gallery hosted via Zenfolio, giving clients direct access to curated image files, print selections, and download sets without hidden licensing hurdles. Following a session, raw files undergo exposure normalization, color grading, and archival-ready post-processing before being uploaded for private client review. Proofing galleries allow individuals to create an account, select favorites, and assemble print packages directly. The studio defines scope boundaries early regarding image finishing, distinguishing core color balance and exposure correction from extensive digital composites so expectations align with final production deliverables.

Scheduling for seasonal portrait packages, weddings, and sports assignments follows a calendar-driven booking workflow, with autumn senior sessions and weekend wedding dates often filling several months ahead. Booking requires clear agreement on session locations, participant headcounts, and backup plans for inclement weather on outdoor assignments. Clients preparing for portrait sessions are advised to finalize wardrobe selections and coordinate styling details at least forty-eight hours prior to call time, while event coordinators should provide a finalized venue timeline one week before the scheduled start to ensure sufficient lighting setup time.
