Producer Katie DeLoach and the crew examine creative treatments against concrete logistical realities, addressing shooting locations, talent scheduling, lighting setups, and camera packages upfront. Whether configuring cinema setups—such as large-format systems tested in partnership with camera manufacturers like Fujifilm—or mobilizing small documentary field packages, the studio identifies potential bottlenecks early. If an ambitious visual concept risks stretching the shoot day beyond safe operational hours or exceeding post-production allowances, the team presents viable creative pivots before contracts are executed.

All primary phases of production remain unified under one roof. In-house senior editor Blake Benton and editor Katie Busler manage the editorial pipeline, which encompasses ingest, assembly cuts, color grading, and final sound mixing.
