Exquisite Car Design Available

Exquisite Car Design operates along Green Springs Highway in Birmingham, applying technical precision to vehicle aesthetics, custom brand wrapping, and surface defense. Founded in 2019 by Junaid Basaria, the workshop approaches automotive visual identity and surface finishing with manufacturer-certified methodologies. Rather than treating vehicle restyling and protective films as rushed cosmetic additions, the studio executes each project through strict panel preparation and calibrated material installation across Birmingham, Homewood, Vestavia Hills, and neighboring communities.

The facility's service breadth encompasses comprehensive vehicle transformations, ranging from bespoke color-change vinyl wraps and commercial styling to optically clear paint protection film and multi-year ceramic systems. Every exterior film or wrap project relies on strict environmental control and surface decontamination. Before laying down urethane film or colored vinyl, technicians address paint defects through multi-stage decontamination and Level 1 machine paint correction. This preparatory stage prevents micro-scratches from being permanently sealed beneath clear films and ensures optimal molecular bonding for ceramic topcoats. For custom wraps, panels are aligned precisely to vehicle body lines and edge-wrapped around perimeter panels to eliminate visible seams.

Beyond exterior films, the workshop manages specialized interior custom work and heat-rejecting window tinting configured for Alabama's climate. Systematic checkpoints govern every stage: digital pattern cutting, knife-less tape trimming to safeguard factory clear coats, and precise heat-setting to neutralize vinyl memory. Technicians verify panel edges under high-intensity inspection lighting before releasing any vehicle. This comprehensive approach allows owners to complete extensive visual modifications, from custom leather seat appointments to full-body protective wraps, under a single roof.

Project timelines depend on the depth of coverage, with partial front protection packages typically requiring roughly one business day, while complete vehicle color changes and multi-stage corrections demand several days of dedicated bay time. Prospective clients are encouraged to book consultations online or visit the shop for an initial assessment where clear coat health, paint depth, and body panel condition can be evaluated prior to setting a firm scope. Vehicles scheduled for installation should arrive thoroughly washed and free of heavy wax sealants, allowing technicians to begin chemical decontamination immediately upon arrival.
