Mathieu Mailly Available

Mathieu Mailly addresses a direct functional challenge for businesses and individuals throughout Caulnes and the Côtes-d'Armor: translating complex services, regional craftsmanship, and major milestones into clean visual media without unnecessary studio overhead. Clients approach the Caulnes-based visual specialist for corporate institutional videos, product showcases for independent trades, and private event documentation. Backed by formal audiovisual training and experience as a broadcast camera operator and editor with Crédit Agricole du Finistère, Mailly operates as an independent photographer, videographer, and certified professional drone pilot equipped to handle full-cycle production from storyboard to final export.

Project execution begins with a functional assessment of the client's operational environment and end goals. For commercial films, this involves establishing target runtimes, outlining necessary interview setups, and drafting on-site shot lists that highlight day-to-day operations rather than staged promotional scenes. As a certified remote drone pilot, Mailly also evaluates regional airspace restrictions, terrain, and weather variables to integrate legal, stable aerial perspectives alongside ground-level cameras. Post-production is handled directly in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, giving clients flexibility whether they need a fully polished final delivery with sound design and motion graphics or unedited raw footage delivered directly to an internal creative department.

On-location assignments range from dynamic action coverage at regional sporting events and festivals to structured shoots inside artisan workshops and retail stores. When documenting trades, the focus centers on genuine lighting, tool handling, and raw material textures rather than overly stylized studio backdrops. For documentary or institutional assignments, clear audio capture and focused narrative pacing take priority, ensuring the final cut functions effectively on corporate websites, social platforms, or internal communications channels.

Turnaround schedules depend on the volume of captured media and the scope of post-production editing, with standard photography selections generally delivered faster than multi-day video edits. Clients requiring aerial drone filming must account for regulatory clearance and flight weather windows, making advance planning necessary. For optimal scheduling, clients should supply an established project brief, target video length, and primary distribution formats at least three to four weeks before the scheduled production date.
