PicMan Media L.L.C. Available

Corey Weaver founded PicMan Media in Charlotte in 2017 to handle the unpredictable visual challenges that live event schedules and commercial brand deadlines create. Clients routinely approach the Statesville Road studio with demanding briefs: an outdoor evening corporate gala requiring balanced low-light video capture without intrusive equipment, or a rapid turnaround on branded commercial assets ahead of a seasonal campaign launch. Instead of applying a rigid template, Weaver operates by isolating lighting constraints, sound engineering requirements, and specific client delivery schedules before cameras ever roll.

High-stakes assignments, such as multi-camera wedding videography or tight-deadline business promotions, require rigorous logistical preparation. On wedding and corporate assignments, ambient audio interference and dynamic venue lighting represent common pitfalls. PicMan Media manages these variables during intake through shot lists, venue pre-checks, and audio scouting. When executing commercial video projects, the workflow centers on narrative pacing, color correction, and framing tailored to varied display formats, ensuring footage holds clarity across social media platforms, broadcast spots, and high-resolution monitors.

Post-production forms the core of the problem-solving pipeline. Clients frequently balance the desire for cinematic storytelling with strict corporate branding guidelines or fixed time codes. Raw video rushes undergo sound synchronization, dialogue leveling, and precise color grading to rectify color shifts in mixed-light environments. Draft sequences are circulated for structured client feedback, allowing corporate managers and private organizers to verify pacing and narrative flow before final masters are generated.

Rush editing is available for event recaps or time-sensitive corporate campaigns, though project acceptance depends on production load and asset volumes. For multi-location commercial campaigns and full-day wedding assignments, reserving production dates three to six months in advance provides ample runway for location scouting, audio planning, and timeline coordination. Clients preparing for an initial consultation benefit most from bringing a confirmed run of show, visual references, and exact aspect ratio and delivery format specifications.
