Brand Your Office was established in 2018 in Birmingham by Jason Boden and Dave Loughran-Smith, combining decades of marketing design with specialized fine-art and large-format print production. Operating from the Jewellery Quarter, the studio translates corporate identity and user experience principles directly into physical commercial spaces. Rather than treating visual branding as isolated decorative posters, the firm approaches office environments as functional spaces where clear typography, environmental graphics, and purposeful layout guide how staff and visitors experience a company's ethos.

Every project follows an orderly sequence of checkpoints from initial concept through on-site fitting. Boden, who brings thirty years of design agency experience through Plan B Creative, oversees creative conceptualization, interface typography, and spatial layouts. Meanwhile, Loughran-Smith draws on his print production background at Precision Imaging to match graphics with high-grade commercial substrates. Installations range from permanent self-adhesive vinyl with scuff-resistant matt lamination and digitally cut drops to continuous digital wallpapers that cover entire conference room elevations.

Beyond two-dimensional wall surfaces, the team engineers complex structural and architectural signage. Installations for regional clients—ranging from professional service firms like Coversure Insurance in Solihull and MLG Education Services in Coventry to technology providers like Pure Cloud Solutions—frequently incorporate 3mm folded aluminium trays coated to precise RAL colour specifications, opal acrylic backing panels, laser-cut lettering, and integrated Sloan LED face illumination. The workshop also coordinates bespoke gallery picture framing and interior street-style graffiti art for collaborative breakout areas.

Initiating a project begins with an on-site consultation where designers survey physical wall conditions, assess ambient lighting, and take laser measurements. Prospective clients should gather current high-resolution brand asset packs, vector logos, and color guidelines ahead of the initial survey.
