Every project follows a systematic diagnostic procedure during the bench assessment. Seams are pinned along anatomical lines to resolve issues like chest gaping, swayback fabric pooling, and uneven collar rolls. When performing major adjustments—such as tapering a jacket torso or resizing a delicate evening dress—the workshop disassembles the original structural seams rather than cutting corners with surface darts. Linings, interior interfacing, and boning are opened, adjusted, and re-anchored by hand before machine topstitching is applied, preserving the integrity of the fabric without distorting pattern prints or thread tension.
