Wellington Florist Available

Wellington Florist manages daily floral design and event production with an emphasis on realistic stem viability, clear tier pricing, and clear botanical sourcing. When orders arrive at the shop on Wellington Trace, the intake process centers on evaluating specific stem performance relative to Florida's heat, seasonal availability, and display conditions. Instead of offering broad stock imagery with unpredictable substitutions, the florists discuss what is currently in cold storage and what can realistically perform over several days. Clients receive upfront cost breakdowns that distinguish premium blooms from base foliage, eliminating unexpected surcharges before design work begins.

Daily studio operations encompass everyday occasion arrangements, corporate staging, and large event installations. For custom briefs and event contracts, the design team reviews structural considerations, including water reservoir stability, floral foam alternatives, and mechanical rigging for overhead arches. If a requested flower variety is prone to rapid wilting under outdoor South Florida sun, staff outline those limitations immediately and suggest hardier varietals that maintain the intended color balance. Detailed proposals clearly delineate stem counts, rental vessels, and delivery logistics, allowing clients to make informed budget allocations before confirming work.

Turnaround for standard daily orders runs on predictable schedules, with morning orders typically completed for afternoon delivery or in-store collection. Large-scale event work requires advance consultations, with clear deadlines established for stem procurement, mock-up approvals, and final balance settlements. During pickup or site delivery, staff provide specific temperature and hydration instructions for the selected blooms. Clients coordinating event timelines can secure inventory and delivery dates early by providing venue layout dimensions, exact delivery windows, and climate control details during initial booking.
